The organisations below have signed up to the ConDem coalition’s ‘Business Compact‘, which can also include forced unpaid work (workfare), which is currently being challenged in the High Court as a breach of Human Rights, that being it is forced labour (slavery).

As the Goverment use the term ‘Work Experience’ to mean Mandatory forced unpaid workfare labour, such as Jobcentre Plus Work Experience Placements (WEP) for young people, it can be difficult to decipher what is meant by the term “Work Experience”, no doubt this is deliberate obfuscation.
